2010 is a chance for change

In this article the specific invitations I saw for change were:

• Assume the recession is here to stay.
• Don’t just squeak by, get profitable now.
  • Look to the “cloud” for possible savings.
  • HSA’s may be a better option for insurance.
• Seek customer/revenue sources, not funding sources.
  • Consider caring better for current customers.
  • Stay agile/”small”.
